Meet the Team

Pam Dill
Executive Director
Our executive director, Pam Dill, has many years of senior living experience and believes in providing quality care you can depend on. She knew at an early age that she wanted to help others and began her career in health care working as a physical therapy aide at United Cerebral Palsy in Los Angeles, Calif. It was in this position that she fell in love with serving others and continued her career working as a nursing assistant, activities director, program director, staff supervisor and assisted living director over the years.
Pam describes her passion for her job, stating “Working as an executive director while caring for our senior population, and the team players I work beside, allows my heart to experience pure joy. Making the difference is my ultimate goal.”

Nathan Delmore
Vibrant Life Director
Nathan Delmore was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He quickly discovered his love for working with seniors when he was a young man working for a grocery store; seniors were his favorite customers to serve. Nathan fell into senior living as a dishwasher and server until an activity position became available. He became the activity director and started to work directly with seniors every day. He is rewarded every day with smiles, laughs and friendships. When Nathan is not working, he enjoys hiking, basketball, spending time with his friends and family, and playing with his two kittens.
