Meet the Team

Pam Dill

Executive Director

Our executive director, Pam Dill, has many years of senior living experience and believes in providing quality care you can depend on. She knew at an early age that she wanted to help others and began her career in health care working as a physical therapy aide at United Cerebral Palsy in Los Angeles, Calif. It was in this position that she fell in love with serving others and continued her career working as a nursing assistant, activities director, program director, staff supervisor and assisted living director over the years.

Pam describes her passion for her job, stating “Working as an executive director while caring for our senior population, and the team players I work beside, allows my heart to experience pure joy. Making the difference is my ultimate goal.”

Nathan Delmore

Vibrant Life Director

Nathan Delmore was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He quickly discovered his love for working with seniors when he was a young man working for a grocery store; seniors were his favorite customers to serve. Nathan fell into senior living as a dishwasher and server until an activity position became available. He became the activity director and started to work directly with seniors every day. He is rewarded every day with smiles, laughs and friendships. When Nathan is not working, he enjoys hiking, basketball, spending time with his friends and family, and playing with his two kittens.

Heather Cornelius

LPN – Generations Program Director

Heather Cornelius has been working in senior living as a nurse for over 25 years. Prior to joining the Emerald City team, she was at our sister community Queen Anne Manor for five years. Heather was born in Dayton, Ohio, and she loves to visit each year. Her proudest accomplishment is being a mother of three children and a grandma who loves to spoil her two sweet grandbabies. “I am blessed to be the Generations program director,” Heather said, “and I am honored to serve our amazing residents and their families.”

Cherrlyne Robert

Generations Program Coordinator

Cherrlyne Robert started in senior living about five years ago, working in the kitchen at a community in Everett, Washington. She quickly realized that working with seniors was her calling. She became an activity assistant and then activity director.

Her love for seniors started with her grandparents. They played such a crucial role in raising her and have given her inspiration to continue her career in senior living.

“It is an honor to be serving the residents and their families at Emerald City Senior Living,” Cherrlyne said. “Seeing the residents engage with each other by laughing, listening, telling stories about past experiences and life makes me feel that I am doing something right. I feel like this is where I belong.”
